Lunch Money Now

The Terrell ISD School Nutrition Department offers Lunch Money Now as an addition to our point-of-sale software.

Lunch Money Now permits parents to access their student's cafeteria account online and provides the ability to view student's account balance, view/print the student's recent purchase history and make deposits to the child’s meal account using a debit/credit card. Parents are also able to subscribe for email warnings when their child’s account falls below a specified level. Deposits are recorded on a secure (SSL) site. Deposits are typically available on the student's account within 30 minutes of the transaction. Lunch Money Now allows deposits to multiple accounts with a single credit card transaction fee of $2.50.

Terrell ISD joins more than 140 school districts using Lunch Money Now. This service has been popular with students and parents alike because of its convenience. So that students/parents will have ample opportunity to deposit funds into their student’s accounts for Breakfast and Lunch, students will be allowed to charge up to three (3) meals. Once a student has charged three (3) meals, and the account remains in a negative balance, the household will be notified and the student will be given a less expensive meal. Less Expensive Meals consist of one (1) Ham and Cheese Sandwich &; one (1) Milk of choice. Regular meals will resume when the students' account holds a positive balance.

No A La Carte item can be charged at any time. The student must have cash in hand or enough money in their account to cover the cost.
