Terrell Independent School District

Terrell Independent School District is excited to announce Dr. Nicole Mansell as Terrell’s Executive Director of Communications and Marketing. Mansell has worked in school communications and marketing for 20 years in districts large and small including Irving, Dallas, and Waxahachie ISD. Mansell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science degree from Texas Tech University and a Doctor of Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University – Commerce.

“Dr. Mansell has an incredible track record of success and joins Terrell ISD with a wealth of experience and knowledge” said Dr. Georgeanne Warnock, Terrell ISD Superintendent. “We are thrilled to welcome her to TISD to continue the great work of our Communications and Marketing team.”

Mansell began her work in communications and marketing as the Director of Public Relations for Waxahachie ISD where she served for nine years. Following her time at WISD she worked in Dallas ISD for five years as the Director of Internal Communications and Executive Director of Messaging and Marketing. Mansell most recently served as the Chief of Marketing and Communications in Irving ISD.

“I am extremely honored to join the Terrell ISD family,” shares Mansell. “There is no greater privilege than that of telling the success stories of students, and I know there are many here in Terrell ISD. I look forward to becoming a part of the Terrell community and working alongside local leadership, families, staff, and community members. Go Tigers!”
