Advanced Placement (AP)
Terrell ISD is proud to offer a number of Advanced Placement (AP) courses that provide students with the opportunity to pursue college-level studies while still in high school. Students who enroll in AP classes are expected to take the AP exams at the completion of the school year. AP exams are scored on a five-point scale. A three is typically considered passing; however, colleges make their own decision about what scores it will grant credit or placement for.
Great news! Terrell ISD pays for AP exams.
