At Terrell ISD, we value our employees and are proud to be one of the highest-paying school districts in Kaufman County. We also offer additional compensation opportunities including stipends for teachers with a Master's or Doctorate degree; stipends for paraprofessionals with associates or bachelor's degree who hold non-degreed required positions; performance pay via the Teacher Incentive Allotment; first and second-semester retention payments via ESSER funds; and, incentives for helping to recruit staff to the district.
